- Products marked as FOB do not qualify for free shipping
- Customer pays 100% of shipping cost on FOB items. (FOB items are usually products that are overweight or oversized.)

- If your order total is more than $75, and there are both FOB and non-FOB items on the order, Kencove pays the shipping on the items NOT marked "FOB".
- If a truck shipment is lower cost (and you can unload a truck), we pay the portion of the truck shipment cost that is non-FOB.
All shipment charges, additional handling charges and service options are now given to you prior to checkout. You get truck rates on large orders as well as various UPS shipment options. "FOB" indicates you would pay all the shipping on those items. (We pay for UPS Ground shipping on the portion of your order that is not marked FOB (when available). If a truck shipment is lower cost and you can unload a truck, we pay the portion of the truck shipment cost that is non-FOB)
Service charges:
- $9.00 for COD (customer pays the COD fee on orders under $400)
- $5.00 for Address Corrections
- $4.50 for Call tag
- $12.50 Saturday Delivery charge (pickup or delivery)
- $5.00 for non-boxed items
Kencove now boxes some things which were not normally boxed so the $5.00 UPS non-box charge is saved. Kencove charges $3.00 for the box.
The billable weight for each oversize 1 package is 30 pounds.
The billable weight for each oversize 2 package is 70 pounds.
The billable weight for each oversize 3 package is 90 pounds.
Plus $40 large package charge.
UPS residential delivery rates are charged for all UPS shipments (for which the customer would normally pay shipping - like FOB items). UPS makes it too hard for us to know when a lower rate is used until after it has been delivered.
Non-FOB orders under $75 pay actual shipping cost.
