| Like water returning electrons always follow the path of least resistance. The electrons follow areas of higher moisture and mineral content. | Soil is not a good conductor. Dry, frozen, or non-conductive soils can cause your earth return system to become less effective. Poor connections that have oxidation or corrosion at the ground rods often cause the ground bed to become less effective. This can become more of a problem if left uncorrected. | |
