Spider Compression Rod Each
The Spider Compression Rod is used to make a compression assembly, which is needed in areas where soft ground causes the wires to pull sharply on the posts. Cut a wedge from a double wedge clip in two with a pair of pliers. Slip the wedge body of the clip over the post to ground level. Slide a compression rod through the clip opening and lock the Compression Assembly with the new half wedge. This will prevent the wires from pulling down further into the ground.
