Open Taps Pack of 25
The open tap crimp sleeve is good for making permanent electrical connections on 12½ and 14 gauge wire. Do not use it for connections requiring strength. The advantage of this sleeve is the open side that allows for installation onto existing H-T fence. A crimping tool is normally used to compress the open tap sleeve. Use the slot marked 3-4. (Consider the Split Bolt Line Tap (CBT) for removable connections.)
