Why is there a shipping charge on my order?
- Here is a checklist of when shipping charges may apply:
- Order is shipping to address outside of continental US
- You have ordered items which do not qualify for free shipping, typically oversize or heavy items such as wire or posts
- You selected expedited shipping service
- Your order total is not $75.00 or more
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with the shipment tracking number.
- You can click the link in the email to check the shipping status
- OR if you have your tracking number, go to: My Account Page then click "Track Packages". Please note: if the order is shipped via freight/common carrier, you must use the drop down menu to select the carrier.

Can I send a drawing of my property to Kencove for a material estimate?
Yes! Just send a fax to 800-418-6631 or email sales@kencove.com. Be sure to include the following:
- Layout of your property with measurements (in feet)
- Fence type requested: Electric? Number of strands? Power source?
- Animal type being enclosed or excluded
- Number of gates and corners
- Name, phone number and/or email address
